Safavi Date; It is black in color, medium sized and has a thin shell. It has a soft structure. It is a variety with a balanced sugar content and rich in nutritional values. It is widely consumed by local people in the Medina region. It is also known as the land of Medina or the date of Mary. It is grown in Medina and its surroundings.
- 500 g Safavi contains approximately 55-60 dates.
- Stored in a cool and dry environment.
- No added sugar, glucose syrup, sweeteners, preservatives, or colorants.
- Cleaned in an automatic machine without human contact.
- Boxed after going through the selection-elimination process.
- Shipped in a gelatinous, airtight, resealable box.

This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!
