Ottoman Kadayif with Pistachio
The Ottoman Kadayif with Pistachio is a classic version Turkish kadayif baklava that combines delicious whole pistachios between two layers of shredded phyllo pastry dough.
Hafiz Mustafa 1864 is one of the oldest and most famous sweets makers in Istanbul. The small mixed baklava box contains an assortment of some of Hafiz Mustafa's most liked baklava. Every product is made fresh with all natural ingredients and beet sugars, with no additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a great gift for all kinds of celebrations, whether it's birthdays, visiting friends and family, weddings, graduation ceremonies, or anything you can imagine.
This Kadayif is also known as Kunafa without cheese.
Ingredients: water, wheat flour, sugar, pistachios, hydrogenated vegetable oil, clarified butter, lemon juice
Allergens: may contain wheat gluten, nuts, milk, eggs
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F
